Conexus SG Homepage
The landing page for ERP consulting company, Conexus SG

problem
Following a much needed revamp from the previous webpage made in 2009, Conexus redesigned its homepage. However, they lacked a dedicated UX/UI designer, resulting in a page that failed to consider: brand message consistency, a clear customer journey, unorganized information hierarchy, and effective Calls-to-Action (CTAs).
solution
The homepage is being overhauled to establish a cohesive brand identity and a strategic user flow. This involves restructuring the content to prioritize the user's needs, clearly defining the main service offerings, ensuring visual and tonal consistency, and implementing high-impact, contextually relevant CTAs to guide prospects toward conversion.
The idea for the Conexus SG redesign was inspired by shared organizational pain points. While the ERP consulting company successfully completed a technical revamp of its outdated 2009 webpage, the lack of a dedicated UX/UI lens led to a homepage that failed to communicate the brand's expertise effectively and guide the user journey.

The project began with an extensive content and competitive audit, analyzing how similar B2B service firms structure their value proposition, information flow, and conversion pathways. This data drove the design, prioritizing a professional, modern aesthetic that establishes trust, an intuitive navigation structure that immediately clarifies service offerings (ERP, Consulting, Support), and strategically placed CTAs that ensure prospects know the immediate next step.
The new Conexus SG homepage is more than a design update; it's a strategic tool built to align the company's strong service message with a clear, trustworthy, and conversion-optimized digital experience, ensuring the next prospective client can focus on solutions, not confusing website navigation.
